Ingress Protection Certification

We are delighted to announce that our ConcTest instrument have successfully passed a series of tests regulating to ingress Protection & Free Fall.

The ConcTest obtained certification for IP6x - Dust Ingress and IPx5 - Water Ingress- EN 60529 + A2: 2013, together with EN 60068-2-31:2008 Rough Handling (Free Fall). 

GBC Laboratory Tests

GBC (Georgian Beton Company) kindly agreed to trial our ConcTest instrument for a 6 month period and share their testing results on various Concrete types. Results are compared to BS EN 12390 test.  

HeidelbergCement Laboratory Tests.

In more than 40 countries across the world, HeidelbergCement stands for competence and quality. Since its foundation in 1873, the company has grown from a regional to one of the world's leading building material groups.

HeidelbergCement Georgia LTD - Rustavi cement plant laboratory kindly agreed to perform tests on several types of cement comparable to traditional EN 196-1 standards with one of our CemTest prototypes. 

UKAS Accredited Testing

As part of the certification and accreditation program of the CemTest instrument, a series of tests were completed using Cem I and Cem II Portland cements, suggested by the members of the Mineral Products Association including the UK's largest Cement manufacturers.

The tests were performed by OMNI-CEM Limited (A UKAS accredited Laboratory), to compare against the traditional EN 196-1 28 day standards, who performed three tests using various types of cements to compare the test results against our CemTest Instrument.

OMNI-CEM Limited using varied timed readings to assess the conductivity on each cement sample, and then averaged the results to conclude the final compressive strength (Mpa).

EMC and General Electrical Safety Certification 

We are delighted to announce that our instruments have successfully passed a series of tests regulating to electromagnetic (EMC) compatibility and Safety Assessment (EN 61010-1:2008) certification. The CemTest and ConcTest were tested for electromagnetic emission, electrostatic immunity, electrostatic discharge safety tests (EN 61326-1:2013).

Beton Istanbul

CST Insturments Limited stand at Istanbul Expo Centre exhibiting our CemTest instrument and introducing our new ConcTest instrument. Our instruments with an innovative testing method attracted lots of attention over the event's three days, from Turkey's leading cement and ready mix concrete manufacturers and construction companies.
